The successful applicant should be confident with a good telephone manner and of smart appearance, they must be able to work under their own initiative and be a good team player. Good IT and customer service skills are essential along with a Full clean driving licence. Residential Lettings experience would be preferable.

The job specification is as follows:

• Dealing with Enquiries and maintaining the database
• Creating and implementing marketing strategies including, floorplans, photos and descriptive writing
• Matching property details to client database
• Conducting Viewings
• Provide landlords with weekly feedback and statistical reports on available properties
• Referencing prospective tenants
• Create and maintain Inventory/schedule of condition
• Ensure all properties are legally compliant
• Carry out sign up appointments with new tenants
• Conduct check in/check out and routine Inspections
• Deal with any maintenance that arises
• Manage own administrative tasks.
