As part of their growth and succession plans, a leading Southampton firm is recruiting for two Senior Solicitors to join their thriving Tax & Estate Planning Department.

About you:

• Ideally have at least 5 and 10 years' experience respectively across all areas of tax and estate planning with a firm which deals with complex private client work and is highly rated for its tax and trusts practice.
• STEP qualified
• Have the drive and ambition to maintain the department's outstanding reputation.
• In addition the more Senior Solicitor will need to demonstrate experience of managing others, with the ability to encourage, coach and develop staff members and to deliver on set targets.

The role:

• Handling a full caseload of inheritance tax planning and trust law, with a thorough understanding of tax, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide major contributions to, and delivery of, the department's development plan and be key players in its future growth.
