BENEFITS ASSESSOR £20,660- £22,658 p.a

We are looking for two experienced and motivated team players to join our excellent Team processing all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims.

You will have some previous experience of dealing with Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims as well as up to date knowledge of the legislation. Working as part of a small Team you will be performance driven in processing Benefit claims providing an excellent service to our Customers. You will be self-motivated with excellent organisational and Customer service skills. You must be able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurately spoken English.
