SENIOR BENEFITS ASSESSOR £23,398- £25,951 p.a.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated team player to join our excellent Team processing all types of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims.

You will have extensive previous experience of dealing with Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims and be skilled in the assessment of RTI and ATLAS. You will have a proven track record of dealing with claims from self- employed and have excellent written skills for dealing with complex explanation letters and reconsiderations.

Working as part of a small Team you will be performance driven in processing Housing and Council Tax Support claims providing an excellent service to our Customers and support to the Team Leaders. You will be self-motivated with excellent organisational and Customer service skills. You must be able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurately spoken English.
