Care Assistant (Days) Ref no: 1150-1413

Salary: £16,503 - £17,513 pro rata plus 17% shift allowance where applicable.

1 x 20.5 hour post & 1 x 22.75 hour post - please indicate on your application which post you are applying for.

Shifts are between hours of 7.30am - 21.30pm and include alternate weekend working (and will include some bank holiday working). Shifts over six hours will have an unpaid break of half hour. These shifts will be worked over a fixed two week rota.

DBS Disclosure at Enhanced level will be required prior to any offer of employment and this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

We are currently looking for Care Assistants to join our team at Shearwater. As well as being responsible for the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of service users, you will support with social activities enabling clients to participate in these activities to promote their wellbeing and improve their quality of life.
