Account Manager (B2B Tech Sales)

£22,000 to £30,000 per annum Plus generous commission and bonus
Full Time  - 39.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Most people know Novatech for gaming and retail, but this is just part of what we do. We also work heavily in the B2B sector, with some of the largest and most respected names across a range of industries.   To support all our amazing work with our business customers, we are looking for a proactive sales Account Manager to join our business sales team.
Account Management with Novatech is more than just a sales role though, it’s career where your hard work and success from that will dictate the how quickly promotional opportunities arise. To help you get there though, we have a supportive culture, with achievable sales targets and a great commission and bonus scheme which rewards your sales success.

The base salary is between £22,000pa to £24,00pa and for the right candidate, we can help top that up in your first 12 months with guaranteed commission. This means your guaranteed income for the first 12 months can be up to £30,000 per annum. If you meet/exceed your targets within the first 12 months though, you could earn far more than this with our generous commission and bonus scheme. Ultimately, your hard work and success will determine how much you can earn!

Some of the things you will be doing:
  • Growing your own sales pipeline and generating leads for new business
  • Meeting (or ideally exceeding) monthly sales targets
  • Full account management, dealing with queries and issues effectively to deliver exceptional customer experience for your client base
  • Creating strong working relationships with other departments to manage the customer journey
  • Keeping up to date with products and technology to pro-actively promote and develop brand awareness of Novatech’s offering
  • Ensuring accurate log of activity and customer history on the systems we have to maximise long term profitable relationships
What we need from you:
  • Experience in a sales / account manager role (ideally within B2B sales and/or the tech industry)
  • High levels of resilience and determination, with an ability to 'not give up' in creating sales opportunities with new and existing customers
  • High motivation – Self driven and focussed on high performance, driven to work to sales targets and being incentivised for this
  • A strong teamwork ethic
  • Knowledge of the IT hardware and technology industry (not essential but it helps)
  • Top notch interpersonal/communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong integrity and honesty
  • Excellent organisational skills, to ensure you can prioritise, plan and complete tasks
  • A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach with ambition to drive the business forward
  • Due to the nature of some of our work, you may need to undertake a DBS and/or security check.
