Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover a period of Maternity

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Manager to join our fun, close-knit, Motor Circuit team.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Motor Circuit’s comprehensive range of products are delivered to an outstanding level to all customers. You will lead our team of Account Executives to ensure that we are converting all enquiries into sales.

You will further develop and deliver a proactive sales culture within the team, to grow existing business, whilst researching and developing new target audiences delivering budgeted revenues. You will be able to upsell our existing products and  promoting our assets year round. Additionally, you’ll be working closely with our marketing team and external partners, and will therefore be a real people person with the ability to build strong working relationships.

With a proven track record in a commercial sales role, experience of people management and experience of developing an excellent customer environment, your core qualities will include:-
