As our Quality Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Microbiologists with environmental testing. Your precision, organisation, and passion for doing things right will help ensure our high standards in such a vital area.

You’ll be proactive, reliable, and confident in a laboratory setting – someone who thrives on detail and takes pride in ensuring everything meets the mark. Assisting with testing swabs, water and product samples, you'll have an eagle eye for detail, whilst checking QC consumable levels within the laboratories.

What you’ll have:

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Clear communication and fluency in written/spoken English.
• Confidence to work independently while being a strong team player.
• An understanding of, and empathy with, Neal’s Yard Remedies’ values.
• A valid UK work permit allowing full-time work.

The Details:

• Full-time role: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
• Based at our beautiful eco-factory, in Gillingham, Dorset. 
• 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00 work pattern
