£16,227.00 Mon Fri 9 5.30pm Free Parking The successful candidate will be providing excellent customer service to the customers and clients of an established UK company based at its Gillingham site.
You will be taking incoming calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for clients and customers with regards to placing orders, answering enquiries and handling objections.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background in and passion for customer service.
You will have a positive and outgoing nature with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
You must be educated to Grade C in English and Maths GCSE.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (key accountabilities) include Entering all Phone, email and Fax orders including customer orders Creating and maintaining scheduling agreements Outbound selling Unblocking internet and business to business orders Releasing orders from compliance Resolving complaints Running backorder reports Setting up and managing supply chains for orders including company orders Raising quotations Supporting Field Sales and Customers with advice and information Creating and maintaining pricing agreements Supporting creation of Tenders and Contracts Maintaining customer master data Any other tasks necessary to support the teams activities Skills/Knowledge: Essential: Professional telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team working Interpersonal skills Computer Ability to work accurately under pressure.
