We have an exciting opportunity for people to come and join our team at Sudley Road! We are seeking Full and Part-Time Support Workers to join our friendly team at our Supported Living Project, conveniently located in central Bognor Regis.

Sudley Road is in the center of Bognor Regis and we support people who live within their own flats. We support and encourage people to live independent lives and promote all life's opportunities.

We are passionate about helping people we support to improve their well-being, quality of life, and day-to-day living skills. People are supported to lead fulfilling lives; getting involved in work, learning, and leisure activities of their choosing; and keeping in touch with family and making social connections.

By working as a team together with the people we support we ensure their emotional, social, medical, and material needs are recognized. We work flexibly on a shift rota that suits the needs of the people we support. Shifts will include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

No previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities or autism is needed, but an interest in social care is a definite must!

We have full and part-time hours available - Monday-Sunday, shift work to include early, late and sleep-in shifts.

Salary in range of £17,874.06 - £18,636.45

(starting salary will be dependent on skills and experience and pro-rata where part-time)
