Education Trust Guide

£ 11.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Part Time

We believe in giving all visitors, including school children and staff, an exceptional experience.  As an Education Trust Guide you will help facilitate and deliver workshops from charity's education programme for visiting schools, colleges and other groups.  Principal locations of work are Goodwood's Home Farm and the beautiful Seeley Copse woodland.

Becoming a Trust Guide is a great choice for those looking for interesting and flexible work that can fit around existing  commitments, or busy family lives. We're particularly keen to hear from applicants who are flexible to work at weekends or during school holidays.

You'll be reliable and enthusiastic, will enjoy working outside and with children, and will be passionate about delivering workshops and activities to a high standard.

Due to our rural location, own transport is essential. Please note extensive security checks are required, due to the nature of this position.

What you’ll have:

  • Enthusiasm for what you do
  • Enjoy working with children & young adults and be passionate about outdoor learning
  • Excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of or interest in farming, sustainability and the natural world
  • Interest in ecology, habitats and a willingness to learn about woodland and countryside management
