What do you need to be successful?

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in the milk processing environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills to liaise with the team and other departments
• Experience in a dairy production environment and understanding of relevant processes
• Flexibility in hours and tasks, adapting to changing workloads and schedules
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in a dairy setting
• Previous experience in milk processing would be an advantage
• Full, clean driving license and reliable transport for commuting and assisting with transportation duties
