What you’ll do:

• Work alongside a talented, supportive team in a fast-paced, creative kitchen
• Deliver exceptional dishes made from scratch using some of the UK’s finest local ingredients
• Help create memorable moments for our loyal and unique guest base
• Grow your skills in a kitchen that celebrates innovation, sustainability and teamwork

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – or ready to step into the role
• Background in a busy kitchen (fine dining or Rosette-level experience is a bonus)
